Can you actually catch Largemouth Bass, Nile perch, Spotted Bass, walking catfish or asian carp
if so where near brisbane
By the way are brisbane river cod actually extinct does any one know more about them?

Nile Perch, in Brisbane? My dear god i know what im doing in the holidays! One of my favourite eating fish.

They are extinct.
Mary river cod are very similar so there have often been speculations made about re stocking them in the brisbane river dont know if this has ever come to anything though.

I know they have stocked them into Sommerset and Wyvanhoe though as i have seen the photographic proof!

you can catch european carp and tilapia but not nile perch or large mouth bass
