Best Spinner for Cod

Hey whats up guys? obviously im new here an im into fishing, i shoot a bit too but my profession is Freestyle Moto Cross, but what im here to ask is..

What do you guys have most success with when fishing for Murray Cod?

My mate uses Spinner baits, an im about to go buy a spinner but maybe somethin else has worked fine for you? an what colour did you use?

we had unreal success on red/black and purple,
but it depends on the water clarity, light and depth too.

it would be worth getting a couple of them mate,
if you snag one then your fishing is over and they do snag when fishing for cod as you want it right down among caves and boulders

rizzer,have alook in freshwater photos at "show us your cod" there is a few photos of cod with lures in there mouth but any quailty hard body lure or spinnerbait will catch cod if they are in the right place.
