being good friday not aloud to eat red meat ive decide to get some fish and some green prawns whats some good recipes for the fish and prawns

How long is a piece of string...... you could try making kebabs and marinating the prawns and fish in a thai style marinade - mix a bit of fish sauce with some soy, add garlic, ginger, chilli and some sugar then squeeze a bit of lime juice in. The quantities vary to taste but add less fish sauce than soy and go easy on the sugar.

Tonight I'm cooking mac tuna and trusted my gut I'm good at any fish cooking ;D
Serve with dripped lemon over it and tradional hot chips and veg's
