There is a plethora of combinations involving bread crumbs for our piscatoral plate coverers. ::) ::) ::)
Here is a little combo I whipped up the other day that went down a treat.
The fish in question was Cobia.
in the egg dip I had :-
egg, a splash of milk and about 1/2 a teaspoon of Sesame oil
the crumbs consisted of:-
Bread crumbs
Lemon and Pepper seasoning
Chinese 5 spice
Chilli powder
Shredded coconut
Yummo.
I sometimes make a crumb mixture from old stale biscuits ( under the rolling pin ), bikkies like BBQ shapes etc make the best.
I have also rolled out peanuts finely and added them to a bread crumb mix.
NO pics. :P :P
Cheers Phill
