Big pot.
Fish diced and boned.
Plenty of seafood marinara ( little ocy's, prawns and mussels etc)
A cup or 2 of mashed potato.
A can of coconut milk.

Steam fish and any other seafood till fish is almost cooked in pot
with a little water.
Add Can of coconut milk and potato and simmer. Not boil, as milk will curdle.
If thickening is required, add a little corn flour.
Broccoli, corn and other vegies can also be added.
