Easter 99 proved to be the best fishing trip to Khancoban I've had.
Brown trout were on the bite on mud eyes fished just above the bottom.
With the use of a sounder fishing over the old river bed, or the
channels between the islands produced quality fish in the 1.5 kg to 3.5 kg mark. Fished
best at last light although first light also produced
but not in quality. Few Rainbows caught and as expected there was heavy traffic on the
lake.
